Pickup Policy

All orders are to be picked up from Ormewood Park in Atlanta. Address disclosed via email after payment is received.

Pickup is at the time selected at checkout. Contact me if you need to switch times after the fact.

Orders not picked up due to tardiness will not be re-made fresh but pick up can be rescheduled (dependent on my availability). There are absolutely no refunds due to client tardiness or no-shows. GPS is very useful when it comes to ETAs and traffic conditions, please plan accordingly.

​No refunds on any order placed within 7 days from pick up. This includes Flash Sales.


Bakey Bakes is not responsible for damage that may occur to an order after pick up or delivery. Bakey Bakes takes all care and effort to ensure the integrity and quality of all products. All orders that leave our kitchen are created with the highest care possible. Once an order is received by a customer from the Bakey Bakes premises or otherwise agreed upon pick up location, we relinquish all responsibility for an order's condition and appearance as we no longer have control over the product. We provide all customers with care and handling instructions verbally or in writing. If an order is damaged during transit or anywhere that is not on the Bakey Bakes premises, it is at the discretion of Bakey Bakes to remedy accidental customer damage.
