This is one very special cake! Using my very own homemade pistachio butter, this fluffy and nutty cake will take you back to an Italian summer eating pistachio gelato on an esplanade.

PASTEL DE NATA (PORTUGUESE CUSTARD TART) (S)
An ode to the national pastry of Portugal! Fluffly layers of vanilla cake filled with the traditional creamy cinnamon and lemon infused custard that I use in my own pastéis de nata. Each layer of custard is dusted with cinnamon, as is common to do back home (ever wonder why there are cinnamon shakers on tables of Portuguese cafes??)

PORTUGUESE BIRTHDAY CAKE (S)
A taste of home for me! A more sophisticated rendition of the birthday cakes we grow up with in Portugal, with an added twist of almond as is most common in the Algarve region where I am from. Delightfully moist almond cake with a hint of lemon filled with traditional egg yolk cream dusted with cinnamon. My most popular and unique cake by far!
Optional: Add optional sweet egg strings (fine Portuguese delicacy).

RED VELVET
A southern classic, but better! Dense and moist cake with a hint of chocolate.
Suggested Pairing: Cream Cheese Frosting of course!

STRAWBERRY (S)
This is a very moist and dense strawberry cake with the most beautiful pink color derived from my homemade puree made with real strawberries.

UBE (PURPLE YAM) (S)
Ube is a purple yam from Southeast Asia. Popular in the Philippines, this amazing ingredient has a very unique vanilla-like flavor and an amazing purple color that makes this cake my best seller and a major crowd pleaser!
