For a long time I have been asked to release some of my more specialty cookie flavors but I have hesitated due to added levels of effort required. But then I thought...with specialty flavors come specialty ingredients, surely this is the expectation? I am not a food blogger, my recipes were written, tested and tweaked over the course of many years for my business and loved exactly as they are. If specialty is what you want, specialty you shall get!
The three essencial items you will need for this recipe is a coffee grinder, a mesh strainer and The Chai Box's All Chai'd Up Chai Blend (coupon code included with the recipe!). For other countries you can use any other chai masala blend. Recipe also includes alternative subs to make Classic Snickerdodles Cookies that require no special tools.
